Hey Y'all,
Got a killer deal for you - New (not takeoffs) OEM Focus SVT wheels from Ford Racing at $139 each! I need to deliver a 16 wheel (4 sets) order to secure this pricing.

Specs:
17 x 7"
4 x 108mm bolt pattern
appearance - what is used on the 2002 Focus SVT. The WILL bolt up to Contours and Cougars. The look nearly identical to the 98.5-00 Contour SVT wheel, except they are a 17" rim. They are silver painted, with a black center cap containing the SVT logo.

Any interest? Please email me at zxtuner@hotmail.com . I'd like to get this first order in before Dec 7, so it'll be possible to have these dished up to you all by Christmas!

Do you have a weight on these? Is the offset correct (what is it)? Thanks.

Can you post a pic of the actual wheel?

I'll scan a page out of the Ford Racing book when I get to my office on Monday.

I'll have to call too to get the exact offset and weight, but I believe if it's like the other factory Focus wheels it's in the 45-50mm range, and weight is probably around 18-20lbs (OEM wheels are never very light, because they're usually made to withstand a high level of abuse, even in a 5 spoke variety like this).

108mm x 4 is the offset, all focuses, tempos and contours have this offset, bar none.

108 x 4 = 432. That's a bit too much, don't ya think?

haha - right intention, wrong figure.

4x108mm is the bolt pattern, offset refers to how much additional rim width from the centerline (face of rim that touches brake rotor)... positive offset sticks more rim out past the rotor, negative offset sucks the wheel rim in toward the brakes (I hope I don't have this backwards)

FWD cars have a negative offset, usually around 35-40mm. Contours and Focii run a larger amount of offset, in the 40-50mm range.

Rob

P.S. Perry, I havent forgot about the zetec contour intake - the custom filter arrived thursday (one that's the right diameter to fit directly onto the MAF).

depends on the unit of measurement. Remember that he is from Canada. After the U/M conversion, it is only worth 6.

I'm interested, but I don't understand the offset thing after reading the post. I thought that offset was the diagonal distance between the bolt lugs. There may be another offset for that other stuff, but 4x108 is four lugs that are 108mm diagonal distance. 1"=25.4mm so 108mm=4.25" which is the same I believe as the contour.

What tires are coming OEM on the Focus?
I only want these rims if they look the same as the E1 rims.

Why are you multiplying these together?
This is the same kind of notation used in the term "4x4 Truck"
