That's the cheapest that I've seen it. Most places sell it for $300 on up to $350, w/ $320 being about the average. And don't forget, that you'll need access to dyno (and wideband O2) and a dyno guy that has experience tuning these things, that will add another ~$100 to the cost. Since every car is different, you really will need to get it tuned on your own, can't just copy someone else's setup, except for maybe a baseline to get started at.
No power gains yet, Toadster. Since Keyser is the only one that has it installed, and he hasn't dyno tuned it yet, we don't know. A bone stock IS300 got around 12HP (forget tq) out of it.
