I'm very interested too...just for one. FWIW, the 6' switch extension is $5.95CAN, 30" extension is $4.95CAN. Now, if we could only get a Mondeo owner (hint, hint) to send us some buttons with the correct heater icon, I could mount the control next to the rear defrost button.
