ive got a uniden myself. ive gotta say this is probably the best radar detector ive seen in a while (besides the v-1). its about a year old and so far has been the best one ive ever owned. ive had a bel and a cobra and they both sucked. they both broke like just after year old. they both gave tons of false alarms and hardly any warning until ur right on the cop. the uniden is superb so far. 360 laser and all. im very pleased with it at $120. has saved me NUMEROUS times on the parkway and turnpike. it even talks to me. well, it talks, maybe not to me though. i try to respond with questions but i get no answer... maybe a defect?
