They definitely won't do GBs.. They know they can sell every single one they make at their retail price, so they see no need to discount them.. I've got 4 of them, and god knows I've asked Jim several times about it
Pretty damn cool when the president of the company takes your order so that you're not stuck on hold.. It's service like that that keeps me coming back. (Plus the incredible accuracy of the detector itself)
If you're poor, try eBay. You might have luck finding one of the older models w/o laser detection, that originally cost $329, they probably are asking in the $250 range.
