Just installed mine the other day, same method as deltaman, et al, no drilling.
However, it looks to me that there is a slight deformation of the hood midway between the windshield and headlight along the front fender (both sides). Seems to be "lifted" slightly in the middle and fairly flush at the ends. After all those hours applying zaino, I am sure it wasn't like that before.
