Yea....I'm just going on memory here. But I think I remember seeing like say 3 bolts on the bottom lip (Where the fender meets) 1 or more of those might need to be removed or replaced with a lower profile bolt.
Also make sure you attach the hood end of the strut to the top bolt. That way the struts will have enough leverage to keep the hood up.
I hope you can get them installed...Can't wait to get mine. I just don't see what would keep them from fitting other than those bolts. And again...this is all from memory, I'll have to take a look tomorrow
