i pulled a set of trunk struts outta my parts car.they r a lil over a foot long.how much bigger r those

Walked out to the mailbox just now, and guess what was popping its little head out!  Going to look at the instruction that were posted, then off to attempt an install. Todras, e-mail me as I'm interested in what to listen for letting me know when to quit.

I'm haven't read what problems Todras had....but....I was under the impression we were going to have to take a couple bolts out so the struts will sit flush, as were on the Mondeo the bolts were not present.
Again I haven't read what Todras said and I don't have mine yet to look at..

Here is what you get (x2 of course). The color is chome, its just the lights, and the angle makes it appear bent.  I have the approprite hardware in its places, but where do the 2 clips and the nut go? Todras, you have AOL IM? Mine is svt1675, look me up and we can chat before I attempt to install it.
