Pete,

Being that my shocks are shot to, well you know. I am going to need new shocks/struts/whatever. The Koni's are excess in my opinion, do your guys have anything good? What is the time frame on this buy? I wouldn't mind coming down to get the GC's but with school 5 days a week and work on the weekends my schedule is limited. If you could, please message me more about this Duratech25l@prodigy.net

Pete,
What is the difference in the Koni GC's and the non-Koni GC's?

I just got off the phone with Joe at SP. He said there really isn't a difference and that you almost definitely could swith between them.

andy:
i've been looking into this. sellers say to state "koni or stock strut".
just dropped streetconcepts an email re: this. (he has g.c.)
i think he said that the kit is the same, only the struts need to be modded.

i'll post when i find out for sure.

Ive read that you need to cut off the spring perches off any strut you get, sounds like a lot of work, and hacking up brand new struts dosent sound too good to me.

check for install: http://www.street-concepts.net/coilover.html

ask streetconcepts about how hard/easy install is - his car was used for the prototype ground control and has had them for over a year (i think).

from what i understand it's not a big deal to cut the perches - blown out of proportion.
