I would seriously consider the new lights especially if they can be installed on a 96 wihtout any serious body work. I have damaged my taillight before and it is seriously simple to put a new tailight in. Thanks guys I have been searching for these for a while.

These lights will fit all years. The only difference is the trunk mounted reflector. The light unit itself is exactly the same...Tell 'em Chris. (He pointed this out to me earlier)

Contour 95-96.5, Red light with just refracting lens, and reflector on only the sides. 2. Contour 96.5+, Red light with better refracting lens pattern and a larger reflective strip all the way across the bottom. 3. Mystique All years, same as first one, but with a thin chrome strip across the bottom to match the trunk reflector. Just some more info on the Contique's history. -Chris

Oh I'm pretty sure it is more than just talk. There has been enough interest in these lights to go the distance. What do you think is a reasonable price to pay for these lights...keeping in mind we are only talking about the tail light itself and not the reflector strip (paint it). I'm just curious if we have a general idea of what they will sell for.
