I am not sure about the heater hose that you are talking about, but the two hoses that connect to the EGR Backpressure Transducer (aka DPFE) should be easy to replace. If you can't get them cheap at Ford, you should be able to replace them with hose that you can buy by the foot at your local auto parts store. For example, I know that they sell fuel line at Trak Auto and Pep Boys for about a $1.00/ft.
You just need to find out the inner diameters of the two hoses. I believe that they should be 1/4" or 3/8", but if you pull them off, you should be able to measure and replace them. Also, I believe that each hose has a different diameter.
