You did come off a little bitter, but that's OK. I know it sometimes hard when people think they can do your job without the training you've had. I personally know AggieSVT and a few others that are in on this group buy, and here's the benefit. We have access to Ford Techs(through our car club)that will help us interpret the codes and direct us to the problem area(s). Heck, with guys that have knowledge like you, a post on this forum could help with some of the codes and their interpretations. We do realize that some things are out of our realm of knowledge, but we have resources to help us in that. We always have the $70 diagnosis as a last resort.
Sorry for my earlier post, there's just a bunch of us that have had BAD experiences at the dealer service centers.
