As of this week, we have 7 orders remaining to be filled for the B&M group buy. As of this time, the group buy has been.

Due to the overwhelming success of this group buy in addition to our retail sales, can you believe that we ran out of stock on shifters, again. We have contacted our supplier and they have for us 5 more shifters and 2 more in about a week or so.

Sorry for the inconvenience and delay in filling the remaining orders, but we are greatly appreciative of the time and effort taken by Brian Wampler for his role and the rest of you whom participated in the group buy.

If anyone would like to start a group buy, we are more than welcome to them. We will try our best to give you a competitive price, where we can.

Thanks again.

I have heard there are problems with this shifter fitting on the 98 SVT's. Anyone else hear the same?

This is a direct quote from Chris @ CTA:

"If you wish to start up another group buy, please do as we are more than willing to accomodate. Get 5 or more purchasers and the price will remain at $125.00 for the shifters. If you do start another group buy, please aim for a closing time of around the 3rd week of April. That will give us enough time to replenish our stock."

I might add that there is a $15.00 shipping fee making the total $140.00. If you wanna start another up, go ahead and post it. When you get enough, e-mail CTA

IT would be nice if someone posted detailed and possibly illustrated directions on exactly what needs to be modified to make the shifter work on 98's.

Mine is a 98.5 so I am not sure what is different between the two cars. I did mine on the side of the road in front of my house without removing the trim. It was easy, very big do-it-yourself.
