My Koni's arrived from Kentucky on Friday, but are now caught in the UPS web of poor customer service. I live in Toronto and it only took from Tuesday to Friday to get the shipment to me. The folks at UPS are useless. I was at work when they attempted the delivery. I was ready to go to UPS to pick up the box on Friday but was told that it was not possible so I rescheduled it for Monday to be shipped to my workplace (Purolator Courier, largest in Canada). The lady on the phone on Friday forgot to mention that it would take an extra day to redirect the box (across town for @$%# sake!). So I am still waiting. Today when I called I was told that I could have picked up the box on Friday #@#$@$#@!!!!
Question: how do you adjust the Koni's once they are installed?
Thx

That's UPS for ya. Poor customer service. they handle too much to give good service to everyone all the time. As far as the Koni's go, try a differnt forum. And post something like "need help adjusting Koni's" or something like that. I'm still waiting for mine so I couldn't help ya out for this one.

My Konis and Eibachs have arrived! I am still waiting on my Bassani. I heard that they will be shipped out later this week? I figured out how to adjust the Konis. There was some documentation in the packaging regarding how to adjust. it looks very simple. The Eibachs made it to Toronto in 3 days from California. Then UPS sent it back to Indiana, then Ohio, the Michigan, then Windsor, then Toronto. It went to customs twice? Well at least I did not have to pay duty because they are manufactured in the USA. However the Konis are made in Holland so I had to pay duty. Oh well, can't wait for the good weather to arrive to get all of this stuff put on!!

Does anybody know if a shop that normally installs regular struts, can f*ck up Konis? Or do they all install the same. I want to install them myself, but I can't get any help from my friends... ------------------ Steve Chang 99 Silver SVT #196 SVT/SHO Society of West Michigan SVT Division, Treasurer, Web Designer All Mods on my Page My Mods

I'm sure its possible to @#$% up the install but you are also getting an alignment which will show any and all errors made. Performance shops usually do a lot of suspension work so trying calling some. Ask if they are familiar with the Contour. They should be helpful.

Just an update to this thread: I received my Koni "yellows" last Monday (3/5) and my Eibachs last Thursday (3/8). So everything arrived at my house within a week after ordering. Now, I've got to get them installed.
