I am a bit of a rookie on the suspension side of things so can someone help me here. What are the differences between the two set ups? Do they lower your car? If so by how much? How much tighter does it make your suspension, & ride. Thanks for any help, this looks like a great deal. Any idea on what extra costs to ship north of the border? I live just outside of Toronto.
