My comment was merely to correct the misguided notion that a skid-pad rating is the end-all statistic for a good handling car. A set of soft-compound slicks on an 57 Chevy can produce a nice skid pad number, but it doesn't make it a great handling vehicle! :p

Very few of life's problems can not be solved with the reasonable application of more horsepower!
