All later model 99 and newer vehicles use the same Y-pipe and main cat assembly from the ATX. I have talked to Martin at MSDS and discussed with him the differences with earlier duratec MTX Y-pipe and main cat assembly. He will be producing 2 different Y-pipes to accomodate the different duratec configurations.
