MSDS is going to fit the header into an ATX Cougar next month. They anticipate very minor modifications, if any. Before that happens, it's anyone's guess whether MTX and ATX can use the same header.
I think the problem is actually to to do Y-pipe since MSDS is planning on shipping all headers with Y-pipe. So techinically, I guess there is no reason why the header wouldn't fit.
