Well, no. The SVTF dynos Ive seen are all 145-150 FWHP. Typical stock SVTC is 165 FWHP with a range of 155 to 175 (most 160-170). Torque margin even widder. And in the 1/4 I have yet to see better than 15.7 sec for FSVT, most sources show 16.0 or slower. SVTC consistant 15.4.

Bottom line..SVTC feels quicker & faster cause it is. But the SVTFocus handles a bit better because its 250 lbs lighter & has 17" low profile rubber. Its a nice package for the money (looks asside).
