My wife (a native Pennsylvanian) will be going back home to PA while I am stationed in Korea. Her car is registered in TN, and has TN tags(I'm a Tennesseean, it's in my name). TN doesn't have emmissions tests or vehicle inspections, so I am wondering if someone might try to make her get it inspected. Also, in TN we are allowed to have mirrored(limo)tint, will the cops give her crap about the tint even if the car is from another state? If she does get pulled over for the tint, and they notice her license says PA, but the car is from TN will they try to pull any crap?
