Ever fitted a wideband O2 to a Contour? Need to put it on a lift to get access to the Bank 2 Upstream O2 sensor (Bank 1 is out of the question). Pulling the oil filter makes things easier (another reason for using a lift).
Total time was probably an hour tuning (shop was empty besides me, so we let it cool after every 3 runs), and then another hour for wideband O2 on/off (mostly to let the exhaust cool enough so you could get near it).
