If you have lean on the car then the balance would go back to the holder of the loan. If the car is paid off it goes to "you." APT Member A Joined: Dec 2000 Posts: 4,585 Sterling Heights, MI	I just got my refund for my ESP last week. I sold my car and the next owner didn't want the extended warranty. As mentioned, talk to the dealer wher eyou purchased the ESP and they'll call to find out how much you can get back and start the paperwork. It takes about 4 weeks from when you cancel to check in mailbox. Aaron
