By the way, any update on the banner? Did someone make one?

No banner (so far) that I know of . I've gotta get to the craft store with the wife & see what I (or she ) can whip up for us :rolleyes: .

I'm not sure exactly what time I'll be there , but it'll be pretty early (not 7 a.m. though ) .

Just have 'em point you towards our tent on the showfield . Then park near the tent . There you will see the friends you seek .

Just wanted to let everyone know that I will be up to Carlisle about 2 or so. I have to work now till 1. Can't wait to see you all.

I got my income tax so I'm good to go I'll be up there Friday to see you all!

I may put in my old thermostat (The temp sending unit went bad, and I had thought it was the stat at first) before I go...it seems the 'Tour is running hotter with the new one. I think it's opening up at a higher temp.

Anyways, I just prepped the engine bay a bit, and I plan on doing a good washing/wiping down when I get there, especially doing a bit more in the engine bay to make it look real nice.

I'm going to bring some Armor All in case anyone needs some! I've also got this new STP Son of a Gun tire foam, spray it on, leave it and it takes off the grime and makes it shine, and you don't need to wipe it!

Well, I just got the inside of the doors all polished and the engine bay almost done, and the tires shined too. I have some flannel buffing cloths if anyone wants to borrow them, and I can pick up another couple more tomorrow if you guys really want. They're great on paint because they're soft and they buff out the dirt and excess Armor All you end up getting on your paint when you shine the weather stripping

I'm excited! Still waiting for my bro to get home to let me know if he's still going. No matter what, I'll be in Carlisle hopefully before 2pm!
