Yes , it is 100% illegal to remove the reflectors in the front headlights in Pennsylvania . The car needs an orange reflector on the front side corners & red ones in the rear . They really DO serve a safety purpose , so it's kinda silly to remove 'em anyway (even though they're kinda ugly) .
