Hey, we all know that the aftermarket intakes available for the svt contour are pretty pathetic. There are a couple that are ok, but over all they are pretty pathetic. I would say that the best design is the KKM or the SHO-SHOP intakes. The KKM apparently sucks because they use the wrong type of filter, and the sho shop is way over priced. I am working on building a custom intake right now, consisting of the optimum K&N fitler, maf adapter, and possibly a heat shield. I will be making all the peices myself. After I get mine installed and see how everything goes, if it works well i might be willing to hook you up with one. Just whatever you do, don't get an inverted cone filter. The inversion increases surface area, but also creates turbulance, that decreases the filters flow. This is the problem with the KKM and other similar intakes.
