I just bought a set of 215/45ZR-17 Firestone Firehawk SZ50 EP, but they are sitting in my living room... I need some warmer weather so I can clean/wax the wheels before they are mounted. I have on the 215/40ZR17 Kumho 712 but they are shot(Thanks Ford mad ). The Kumho's where ok, for a $89 tire pretty good. I would have to say it depends on driving habits. Luke@tirerack.com suggested the Firestone's based on my driving needs, 100miles round trip to work and I like stickly tires(but who doesn't) and I want more then 15-20,000 miles out of them. I had a set of Dunlop D40 M2's on my Mustang..... for about 12,000 miles. laugh But I never had traction problems, replaced them with Goodyear Eagle F1's(Not the same but will last longer!).

If you like you are welcome to come check them out, and the fugly snow tires that are on the car now smile . East Stroudsburg isn't far from the Allentown Area.
