Probably better off living in Bucks, somewhere near Bensalem, if you're going to work there. Especially when compared to living inside city limits.
Wage for living in and working outside the city is 4.7%. I found out last night when I had dinner with a friend whos living/working arrangement is the same. He said that with the wage tax that just moving out of the city would be equivalent to a yearly raise for him.
