I feel so much better now that I know I'm not the old fart of the group.I just wish some of these old timers would come out to the meets.I still seem to be the old guy when it comes to getting together.

Well after reading everyones stuff, I must say that I have you young guys beat. Im only 17, so of course Im a senior in high school. I will be attending Penn State Berks next year to be a computer programmer. Oh my name is Travis, I'm from good 'ol Palmyra, PA. umm Dec. 14 will live out in my memory for a good long time, b/c that would be when on my way home from school, my baby (1995 tour LX, V6 with lil mods died, was totaled for more than I paid for her though so its all good) New ride should be coming Sat. in the form of a 1995 Maroon Contour SE, fully loaded with everything but the cd changer. All I'll need is a good priced exhaust, and to put in all of my stuff from my last ride. Well there you go, everything you may want to know, and stuff you prolly didnt. But I am glad to now be a part of the CEG.
~~~~~~~~TRAVIS~~~~~~~~ Now driving: I MEAN NOT DRIVING---- 1995 Contour SE Maroon, MTX, sunroof w/rain-guard, neons, and audio replaced. Side Markers installed and headlight strobes also now on. *KKM tru-rev - I love it 9mm FMS blue wires SVT Upper SVT exhaust SUPERCHIP² custom ram air Newest mod = f***ed up engine, prolly shot, yeah
well chknhwk, In one sense Im glad to hear that, but in another I'm not. I completely know how you feel, but as everyone was saying, you are lucky to come away from it, as was I. I slid sideways, doing about 60-70 and caught a fence, the fence was all PVC, so it shattered, and when it did, it took out both front windows. A chunk was missing from my steering wheel and everything. I was lucky that when I sat back the door post was covering my head so all that happened to me was a cut on my ear. I dread that day, b/c I lost my tour, it wasnt as nice as what you had, but hey we both could possibly have been dead, so for the most part, we were lucky.
