I got the foglights from autotoys.com
i think they were $20 for the pair

i got the nokya headlight from a shop here in Pittsburgh called Speed of sound.
the headlights are $40 and change for the pair

I've tried a few brands and these are the best ones i've come across.

if you want their number i'll get it for you..they might ship them to you if you want them.
or if you need me to get them for you i can.
