hmm, I know Philly was more $$$ than where I came from (Johnstown, PA)
ususally the best bet is to look at price and sq. footage
out here, houses are going for ~$130/sq.ft. so if you have a 2000sq/ft house it costs ~ $260,000 - big bucks!
