On my way home from Breezewood yesterday, I took the back way home thru Osterburg and Weyant (about 4:30PM)... didn't see any black Cougars (Dtec99), tho. I thought I'd have a good run at the twisties, and went up thru the State Park - wrong! I was surprised how much snow was still on the road, even down by the swimming pool! By the time I got to the top, it was doing a pretty heavy freezing rain! Didn't change back over to rain until I got almost the whole way down to Portage...

Hey, Im from Salix. I seen in the 376 Thread that you are from Portage. I would love to meet up sometime. Maybe we can rip up some of these lovely roads around here.

Hi Eric... Yeah, I'd love to get together with another 'Tour, and blast thru some twisties once the roads clear! You have a good one out your way - the back road that goes from Salix down to St Michael. Are you planning on going to the Spring Zing in April? I'd like to, but don't know yet if I'll have enough money...

Oh ya, the road from Salix to St. Michael is fun in the summer. I usually hit it about 80 down thru the wooded part at the bottom. Id love to goto Spring Zing, but I dont think I am goin to. I am changing Make and Model in the spring. I am gonna keep my Tour for my commute to Monroeville everyday.

Well, then you're not really changing make & model, just adding another one... E Gads! What a commute! 22 drives me nuts, don't think I could handle it every day... Getting stuck behind the trucks on those hills... How do you go, down thru Johnstown, and out 403?

Well I am gettin a 2k1 Maxima SE. I have wanted one for a long time. I wanted to get a Maxima when I bought my Tour, but money was tight and I got a killer deal on my loaded SE. So now I have been saving my pennies to get my Maxima.

Nice... are you getting it with the 5 speed? Leather? How much?$? Where are you getting it from, the place that used to be Dewars on Scalp Ave.? I looked at the Maximas, and the Jetta VR6's there before finally deciding to get the SVT. Test drove all three, no comparison, as far as handling/steering feel was concerned. Both were more refined and finished nicer than the Ford, though...

Im gettin an Icelandic Pearl SE, With the 17's , Leather, Moonroof and BOSE. The sticker price is like 29 g's. I am gonna visit all the Nissan dealers in the area. Whoever gives me the deal is where I am gonna go. I think it will in Monroeville rather than in Johnstown.
