On my way home from Breezewood yesterday, I took the back way home thru Osterburg and Weyant (about 4:30PM)... didn't see any black Cougars (Dtec99), tho. I thought I'd have a good run at the twisties, and went up thru the State Park - wrong! I was surprised how much snow was still on the road, even down by the swimming pool! By the time I got to the top, it was doing a pretty heavy freezing rain!
Didn't change back over to rain until I got almost the whole way down to Portage...
