It's been quite some time now ...

You know you really want to ...

Get together , show off your Contours & Mystiques , shoot the breeze , grab some grub , etc. , etc.

What did you think I meant ??

Well , Thanksgiving is coming up ... so what about early/mid December ?? Let's meet at Zinns diner again , because of the easy come/go location . While we're at Zinns we can grab some food & talk . If ya don't want to eat there , we can meet there & then go on a little run to another food joint . There are lots of good places to eat around here . Either way , I think we ought to get together . Maybe we could pick bi-monthly (or whatever) meeting places & talk & eat & drive or whatever .

We've got a nice little core group of Contour fans here ... let's use it to our advantage !! Maybe when the weather gets better we could meet at someone's house (or wherever) & have how-to sessions on Modifications .

Just some ideas ....

I'm game.. I'm in Vegas till Dec 4th, but anytime after that (except for that coming weekend, gotta go to Gettysburg), I'm up for it.. Never been to Zinn's, so someone will have to provide directions from Philly.

It's really easy to find , right off the turnpike exit too . (South of Reading a bit , near the rt.222 exit of the T.P. on rt.272) Not as hard to find as I'm making it sound .

I hope we get this going & actually have another meeting . We'll nail down a definate date soon (I hope) , even if it's just a few of us shooting the breeze over dinner , or lunch or whatever .

How are ya doin' OilMan ?? Did you ever get your Mondeo wheels on your 'Tour ?? They sure were hot looking wheels . I'd love to have those suckers on MY car . Although not in winter !
I'm doing good . I did a lot of Mods since the last meet . I'd like to do a get-together , that's for sure . So ... the third weekend ... that'd be the 16th-17th . I could probably do that either day . I could probably steal away . My schedule is pretty much free , I do believe . I'm done with X-Mas shopping (thanks to my wife) and a meet & eat would hit the spot !


Anyone care to spend a couple hours talkin' & eatin' at Zinn's on the 16th or 17th ?? Let us know !!
