I'm willing to bet it doesn't clear either.
Baer's 12" kit fits fine inside the diameter of both SVT wheels, but the caliper hits the spokes where they get close to the wheel's rim.
Both E0 and E1 wheels have the same clearance problem on the Baer kit.. I did try. If the Wilwoods require a little spacing, it's going to be the same regardless of which SVT wheel you have.
