I figured it out. The pads have a metal plate on the back of them that is supposed to dampen the brake noise. Well that slipped down (on both wheels) and was grinding into the rotor. Cheap ass pads. My new rotors come in Tuesday. Does anyone know if I can get some decent pads at a local auto parts store without ordering them special?
