on mine there were some thin like washer screws on the studs holding the rotor on. but if its just rust holding it on get a hammer.

Retainer washers neet to come off as mentioned and you may need to get some rust buster and try squirting it where the studs come through the rotors. Tap all around the rotor hub area with a hammer for several minutes to loosen rust. Avoid hittint the rotor if you plan to re-use at all. Another trick is to have someone push outward on the rotor while you tap the studs with a hammer. (use a nut to protect the threads.)

Don't tap the studs, you can really cause yourself trouble. Beat the living hell out of the rotor face. The center hub welds itself to the rotor via rust, and you have to break it up. Hit the rotor from behine, careful not to hit anything else (I just did this today)

Make sure you aren't stingy with the anti-sieze on the new one, so this won't happen next time. I feel for you; this happened to me. Spent 3 days total to replace all 4 brakes. Overnight WD-40 didn't help. A torch did, to a degree. What worked best was hitting the rotor on the edge (where the cooling vents are). Still took a bunch of pounding and a bunch more swearing.
