That isn't brake fade. Brake fade is where you almost have no brake action when trying to stop with hot brakes. What you have is brake grab. Either way, the solution is usually the same, better brake pads. With brake fade an additional possible cause is boiling brake fluid so fresh or better fluid is in order if you have had brake fade. Brake fade is something you never want to feel, and once you have, you will never forget it.

I just thought of something else that can cause brake grab, and that is cracked rotors. If the rotor has a lot of hairline cracks, the rotor thickness variation can become much greater when they are hot. Take a good look at your rotors.
