On the ABS thing, you can swap a ABS rear discs to a car without ABS but not the other way around. This is what I'm doing, taking the rear discs from Buckshot77 and replacing my drums on the cougar which doesn't have ABS. The swap doesn't look hard at all and like extremeLX said you will have to swap e-brake cables which will be time consuming but not hard. I'll be writing a nice "How-to" with pictures when we do mine.
