As of right now a swap from drum to disc is quite complicated and the benefits don't outweigh the hassle and cost involved. You'll have to deal the e-brake cable being different, ABS valves/lines, the subframe mounts with ABS vs. non-ABS, the proportioning valve etc... Quite a lot is involved and many will argue it isn't worth the effort. If you can find a wrecked car with the same setup/options as your car then thats the best way to go.
