Sure it's easy.. just pull the fuse on it under the hood. It's the first 7.5 amp next to the 20 amps on the side next to the drivers fender.
Why would you want to do this?? Our cars have problems with locking up the back tires.. (especially if your brakes are in good shape)
We are so front heavy that under braking loads you unload the rear brakes.. and if you try to brake while going into a turn or while in a turn.. the back will lock up and spin around on you. I can't think of a single reason why I would want this to happen. Spinning in a FWD car is not my idea of fast lap times.
