Contour Enthusiasts Group Archives Forums Modifications Brakes Porterfield or Carbotech pads - experience?

Thanks for the recommendation - their website lists them at $179 I believe - what did you pay and where did you get them from? How do the Panther Plus's fare when cold, i.e. panic stop after have been cruising? By the way, the Porterfields list at $89.99 so I'm still very interested in hearing from anyone with those.
