$2k? That much for a brake kit for a Contour?

Good luck getting 10 people on that one.

In any case...

1. What kind of pads will come w/ the kit?

2. What kind of rotors? Full face, drilled, slotted, two-piece, two-piece slotted, etc. etc. You get the idea.

2g's and no rear kit?? StopTech can take that shiz to hell with them. Why don't they spend there time trying to make something for the rears instead of giving us another Big Brake front upgrade.

FWIF, stoptech makes very high quality brake kits. They supply all of TRDs brake kits.

$2000 just for front brakes is very expensive though.

For all your brake crazed overstuff wallet needs, you can shop here !

Yes ladies and gentlemen, a nice 13" AP Racing 4 piston caliper setup for a measly $2395.00 !!

 That's a lot of money just for good looks. FWIW, unless you're running nicely warmed up race rubber, there is not a lot of braking left to improve on when you're already locking up the wheels with Baer's 2 piston caliper setup...

uhhh..I could lock the wheels up on my mom's datsun B210...but if you have never tracked(race track not drag strip) your car then a better brake kit would not make any sense. Most of you guys are more concerned about clear tail lights and subwoofers anyways.... :p
