If the dealership is replacing them under warrenty, then by all means let them. Brakes and clutches are "Worn Products" at are usually not covered by warrenty
So if the dealership is NOT charging you money then go for it.
Now to answer you question, It's not incommon to see replacing your rotors at 30k
