I have the KVR pads on my car with the cross drilled rotors. Dont usually have problem with them. Only time I have any problems is in the cold/wet when I have been driving a long time without using my brakes. I do a lot of highway driving. I have just adjusted my driving style a little bit and brake a little earlier and let the brakes catch themselves instead of stomping on them. Otherwise I love them especially compared to the stock ones. Dont let this minor problem stop you from buying them. There stopping ability is amazing.
