Sorry your having so much trouble with the KVR's. The KVR's are cold for the first two stops in the morning and are great from there on. I have more feel in my pedal since the addition of the KVR's and X-drilled slotted rotors. You may want to look into changing your brake fluid. I did all this at the same time and my braking is better than ever.
