Did anyone here know that there are FOUR versions of the Greenstuff pad from EBC? Read MaxPower UK and they mention that the new V4 compound has better resistance to heat and longer life than previous versions. I don't know which version they have been selling here in the US.
For track use I would stay away from Greenstuff and try Blackstuff or Yellowstuff pads. Higher heat range pads for higher heat range applications. Greenstuff are designed for Auto-x and street use only. Good initial bite, limited heat range. The KVR's seem to have work better in a higher heat range. Thats why they are not great when cool, but hold up to extended track sessions. Just my $.02
