I recently installed cross drilled rotors with KVR pads. I got mine from
www.PerformanceFords.com. I love the brakes. They are so much better than the stock brakes and pads. I do a lot of highway driving with fast stops. Have absolultely no problems in the dry or the wet. Have not yet experienced winter, but we will see. In the rain they are amazing. I don't seem to have too much of a problem having to heat them up. They heat up pretty quick. Good Luck
