Could be a couple of things!
1.Some brake pads come with sqealers that will squeal only when the brake is not applied. Meaning your pads are almost warn out.
2. There is a shield on the inside that could have gotten bent and is rubbing the rotor. It has a tendancy to squeal more when off the brakes.
