I'm sure you can tell by looking at the front brakes. I was told by someone, if the actually pad contact area is about a half an inch than you have the newer style pads. If the contact area is less than that you have the earlier style. I haven't really looked to see if this is right, but I seem to remember my E0's pads almost contact the whole rotor.
I think the best way to find this out is call EBC and ask them. Their phone number is on the website. They should give you all the info you need.
