you guys really need to read the info in the bat catalog about the brakes. E1 aka 98.5 calipers pads etc are the SAME on all contours and 99-up cougars. The SVT and the Cougar share the 178mm front rotors, which is an upgrade over the base 160mm rotors but the swept area on the new pad is less than the old E0 SVT which has a unique pad.
My EBC brakes on my 98.5 SE had the wear sensor also - I think it's for the mondeo.
